Question 1
How would you handle a situation where someone was not responding to your emails in order to complete a project?

Interview
Recruiting team communication was limited to automated early-morning text messages—sent at 7:20 a.m. during a holiday week—an interesting choice. I joined my scheduled interview expecting the recruiter listed on the invite. Instead, I was dropped directly into a full-hour conversation with the hiring Director and AVP without prior clarity on the role or their specific needs. After investing an hour of my time and ideas, I received no follow-up. Weekly check-ins resulted only in automated responses. This was a poor candidate experience: cold, one-sided, and over-indexed on automation. Where is the HUMAN in Humana?
