Interview
Received an email notification one day after applying online to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was the next week with a recruiter. Lasted about 30 minutes and asked basic questions about work experience as well as a few behavioral interview questions...what would you/tell me about a time situations. At the end of that call was set up for a video interview the next week. Video interview lasted about an hour and was similar to phone interview but was with the direct supervisor. I was originally told one start date from recruiter and a different start date from supervisor which conflicted with notice I would have to give to my current employer. Was informed I would hear something back from them quickly. However, never received any notification. Everyone was very friendly.

Question 1
Just general behavioral interview questions. Have answers/scenarios prepared ahead of time
It was a short text message Q & A that didnt get a response back. I think they should follow up and say ‘thank you’ for taking the time, but we decided to go with someone else.
Very typical interview. The company seemed interested in asking direct, purposeful questions. It is not clear what the next steps are, but that seems somewhat typical when hiring decisions are being made.

Interview
I received an invitation to complete a Montage voice interview screening about 3 wks after applying. The recruiter then contacted me for a 30min interview. It went well and she told me that the hiring managers would call me to set an interview. They called a week and half later. I interviewed with two managers. I was called for a second interview 1 week later then offered the position the next day. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Very organized.
