The interviewer failed to introduce herself or provide any overview of the position before launching into questions, which immediately made me uncomfortable. She didn't ask me to introduce myself as well. Many of the questions seemed unrelated to my background and experience as outlined in my resume, and several felt irrelevant to the role entirely. The lack of structure and professionalism from someone in a director-level position has raised concerns about the company's hiring standards and internal practices. This experience has left me questioning how leadership roles are filled within the organization and whether this reflects the company's overall approach to talent management. The interview asked a lot of questions that can be googled (as long as you google you will know the answer).
