Humana Tech Leadership Role interview questions

The process took over 4 months, and to it completely dragged out. Seems like everyone is so busy that they don't focus on the actual candidate experience. Given the seniority of the role that I applied for, I found it odd that they didn't provide a sense of timing or next steps during the interview process. At times I didn't hear back for weeks, and that was normal to them. Should add that everyone I met was super professional and nice, but personally I would think twice about referring a friend to interview with Humana given my experience.
