      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Bank (Redford, MI) in Mar 2016

      Interview

Applied online at Huntington's career site, about 24-48 hours later I received a call from Huntington's HR dept. I proceeded to have about a 15-20 interview over the phone with the HR representative. Later that day I was called by the HR team again to set up a one on one interview the the Branch Manger. The Interview with the Branch Manager was much more intense and thorough. The interview lasted about an hour, later that same day I was called by HR again to set up a second one on one interview with the District Manager. The interview with the District Manager was very similar to the interview with the Branch Manager, very intense, very thorough, even included a lot of sales role playing. The DM interview lasted about 1 1/2 hours, but was offered a position right on the spot. HR would call me the next day with an offer, then a series of emails with the offer and the background things that needed to be completed. The background check is extensive, includes a drug test that also test for tobacco.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huntington Bank (Grand Rapids, MI) in July 2016

      Interview

Interviewed at 2 Grand Rapids locations for one position. After the second interview I was told that I should hear back about the hiring decision within a few days. After a week went by I sent an email to the Huntington Bank recruiter requesting an update. No reply. After a few days I sent another email to the recruiter and also copied the store managers that I interviewed with. Still No Reply, even after a few more emails requesting an answer, which I wanted and expected. I decided to move on with my job search. 2 weeks later a sales rep from Huntington called me about my bank account and how they could be of help in other areas, I happen to bank at Huntington, at least for now. I explained to him about my interviewing for a position and the total lack of professionalism in someone not getting back with me. He apologized and would check into it. Someone called me that evening and explained that they went with someone else. I see today, 8/3/2016 the same job posted for the same locations.I'm glad that I wasn't hired, since this is obviously not a professional company to work for. I'll be looking for a different bank to do business with.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Huntington Bank in Mar 2016

      Interview

I applied online and heard from a recruiter a couple of days later. I set up an interview for the following week. I was interviewed by the branch manager and co-manager. They asked questions about my personal experience in sales, etc. Two weeks later, I was asked back for my second interview. However, I had a family emergency so I had to reschedule. They were very understanding. I returned to town over two weeks later. Reschedule my second interview and was offered a job a couple of hours after my interview. The next process is the background check and drug and tobacco screening.

      Question 1

Why Huntington? Would you be comfortable going into the aisles and talking to customers? When is a time that you had to balance multiple things?
