I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in June 2014
Interview
3 round process. 1st round = general phone interview; 2nd round = 2 in-person interviews, one behavioral and one case question; 3rd round = 2 in-person interviews and analyst panel.
The most important step of the process is the 2nd round. Here, you demonstrate skills, ability and fit. The third round was one of the most unique aspects of any management consulting interview experience; you simply sit down and converse during the two in-person interviews. Huron is more or less determining if they want to be around you.

The recruiter was very responsive to all questions and they offered a webinar for preparation. Offer was delivered through a phone call, promptly after the super day

Interview
4 rounds, 1 recruiter, 1 case interview, 2 back to back with upper management. Case interview was relatively easy, nothing like MBB. 2 back to back with upper managment was a superday and they grill you on behaviorals, company values, things like that.
