I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hyatt (Bellevue, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
They do multiple interviews for any given position. For Night Auditor, they want you to do interviews with four different people. The first person is just an HR person, and that's over the phone. The second is the Front Desk Assistant Manager, and that is in person. I was told that I would be contacted about the next interview within a week or so, and received a denial email later that day.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hyatt (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
They called and ask me to come in one of two days , that if I chose Thursday could interview with both managers. I went in and met 1 on1 with both managers, which gave me more time to become familiar with them. It was a very comfortable process. Management was very excited to have someone with my experience. They basically just wanted you to describe your experience and why you chose them.

The interviewer was very nice. Though it wasn’t formal just because they were very understaffed. I had my interview at the bar and it was very relaxing but also we touched a lot about my experience . It’s a real big plus if you know opera in this hotel
I Went in for 2 interviews. The Second consisted of speaking with 3 different people. During the interviews everyone really seemed to talk about how much they love Hyatt. Read up on Hyatt !
