Two interviews, very general questions. I was interviewed by three people, two at one time and once separately by the dept manager. Toured around the property, met the staff. I was a recent graduate and had no hotel experience so did not land the job. The sales manager suggested I come back again after I get some experience.

Question 1
No question was very difficult. One example: How would you prioritize potential clients to pursue an account?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hyatt (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had a phone interview with HR. It went well, the HR person said they wanted to pass my information on to the Director of Sales for an in-person interview. I never heard back. Lying to candidates is so unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hyatt (Memphis, TN) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was a very easy interview process. Was hired basically on the spot which was a red flag. Hindsight is 20/20 for sure wow omg is this going to ever end
I applied online. I interviewed at Hyatt (Chicago, IL) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online and heard back about two weeks later. First I interviewed by phone with two sales managers and got an email the next day that they would like to invite me for an in person interview. The in person interview was very comfortable even though I interviewed with two different groups of sales assistants and managers. I felt everyone was nice and genuine. They were honestly looking for the right fit.

Question 1
Why I was interested in the hotel industry and working for Hyatt specifically? Asked me to walk them through my previous experience. Why I felt I was a good fit for the sales assistant role? What software platforms do I have experience with?
