The interview process was not a long process however it was very professional and the right questions were asked. The interview process was also very easy the interviewer was very polite and she seems like she enjoy what she does.

Interview
Despite me not being prepared for my interview, I did pretty well to be honest. I got interviewed by one person and they made it seem like I was supposed to be interviewed by two people which never happened which I’m not complaining about, but that’s how the whole process of theirs are supposed to go.As in being interviewed by the manager of the department and interviewed by director of operations. Broad questions, as in if I worked in customer service before, how do I handle difficult guest. What are my strengths and my weaknesses? The manager at that time was very precise in questions of about my experience in high paced environments and dealing with difficult guest, such this hotel consist of thousands of rooms and over 300 events attend in a year. They were pretty quick in letting me know if I got the offer or not and it took about a week after that to start my first day at Hyatt.

Interview
The interview process is smooth. I received an email asking qualifying questions about my equipment, experience and availability for an interview. After responding, I received an email with a date for a Zoom interview. I arrived early and my recruiter entered 10 minutes later at the exact time it was scheduled. I was asked about my work history and relevant experience. I was then given information about the job requirements and told about the training process. I was advised there would be a post-interview email with questions, a background check, and to expect an offer which could take a few days or up to 2 weeks. I answered the post-interview questions which included behavioral questions about specific past experiences and within a few hours I received a call offering a job. I accepted.
