Pre recorded video interview, 3-4 questions, normal behavioural and situational questions. Each questions has 1 try only, The level is not so difficult. Q: Give me an example of a time you faced a conflict while working on a team. How did you handle that?
There were three bq questions for workplace scenarios The process of recording the answers went very smoothly. There was one minute to prepare a draft for each question and three minutes to record the answer.

An hour-long interview with the manager and the previous intern. Most questions related to soft interpersonal skills. E.g., How do you handle conflicts between colleagues? Also some questions on previous work/school project experiences.
