The interview process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The recruiters clearly explained the role, expectations, and training process. Communication was timely throughout each stage, and I felt comfortable asking questions and learning more about the company.

Interview
I applied online, few weeks later recieved a call to set up an interview, the interview process was very nice and people are very communicative and welcoming. Afterwards (few hours later) I recieved a call to tell me that I've been accepted and the lady I spoke to was very cheerful.

How would I deal with a customer who wouldn't stop going off even tho they were in the wrong. (they don't expect one to know company policy, just to see how one thinks)

Interview
I got a call to schedule an interview, the person who did the call did an outstanding job describing everything and was very professional and friendly. After scheduling it at a date that fit my schedule, I had a video call in which I answered various questions about how I'd handle certain situations that may arise, and general personality questions as well that were gauging how well I'd fit within the team.
The atmosphere was comfortable, yet professional, which was definitely a new experience for me. It was such that I felt both relaxed while simultaneously being on my toes, they really managed something I wouldn't have imagined possible.
