Hypetap interview questions

I applied via Indeed and a couple of days later I received a call from the recruiter who left a voicemail saying they would like to discuss the role I applied for in a bit more detail. As I was currently out when I got a chance I rang the recruiter back twice and left a voicemail. When the recruiter rang me back it was approaching the end of the day and also where I was, was quite noisy. With this in mind I agreed for the recruiter that calling me the next day would be better. They agreed and said they would call me the next day (today) around 11:30 ish. Today came and went with no phone call yet again I HAVE BEEN Ghosted what was the point of saying they were going to ring me? Thanks for wasting my time.
