The process is very well documented on their website. If you pass the initial application shortlisting you’ll be invited to an initial interview to talk about your experience. After this, you go into a series of interviews with 5 people called “blind panels” in different areas like technical skills, soft skills, culture fit, etc. If you pass these, the process ends with an interview with the CEO.
Overall my interviewer was really nice, but ultimately they decided to go with a more experienced candidate.
