      Internship Interview

      30 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IAA

      Interview

First Iwas asked to fix or commissioning small appliance while the employer are introducing the culture of the company. This company is more flexible than other big companies and is more concentrated on high efficiency with a relaxed status. What is more, I was asked to learn to search valuable companies as well as lean how to use MailChimp in a short time. Finally we made a list of clients and send an mail to these clients by MailChimp. Generally speaking, it is an impressive experience and this company is a nice company with an even nicer employer.

      Question 1

You can never expect what your task is and what you are asked to do multiple tasks, sometimes you need to do your work and understanding the next task at the same time. It is a good experience and I learned a lot from it.
