IAVI interview questions

Pre-recorded video with prompts to answer questions on project management (kind of technical). Then panel interview with a few people from teams you might work with. Then final HR process. Took long in my opinion but great team.

I had a very positive "meet and greet" interview with HR, but never heard back from the company. I followed up on the progress of the hiring process when I saw the position still being advertised on jobsites, and was informed that despite being a strong candidate, they found a candidate who was a better fit. I enquired about areas for personal development, but never received feedback.
