Interview
Very professional. A three person panel. I was asked a variety of behavioral and competency-based questions to elicit key knowledge and skills required for the role. A trail lesson (2 minutes) was requested, which was recorded using Zoom video conference calling platform. The trial student was an employee with a background in linguistics.
