Prior to the interview, there was no mention of any sort of test session, honestly, they didn't even give a formal invitation, it was a WhatsApp text from HR I suppose (i don't even know who texted me cause they didn't properly introduce themselves). So basically when I enter the office at 9.36 a.m, they hand me a form and a writing test form, it took me 30 to 40 minutes to fill in the form and do the test. After I did my test, I signal it to the man who invite me for the interview. He told me to wait for a while since they are having a conference call. Keep in mind it was 10.15 a.m. So I just waited, I only had my breakfast and I parked my car in the basement, and it wasn't cheap it is RM 5/RM 6 per hour. So I waited for almost 2 hours, honestly by the time the person came to brief me on the job was about 12.28 p.m. After briefing and several questions later, he told me to wait once again to have a session with the CEO. And I'm telling you as a Gen Z person it really caught me off guard, she was so offended by people using pronouce like he/she/them. She speaks to me well though, speaking greatly and highly about herself and the office. She talks about things like books and those sorts of things which I listen to, but most of what she speaks I couldn't careless, my only focus was on my gastric which was killing the hell out of my stomach, shivering me to death. I mostly nod to whatever she said and pretend I was entertained while basically waiting to run the hell out of the office. I don't think I'm going for the job, since I clearly have a brain and just saw all the reviews here. IDK about you guys but she is offering really low knowing that the parking fee in the building is so damn expensive. They didn't even offer any traveling allowance or other allowance. I think most of the salary will be paid off for traveling purposes. I don't see myself working in a job that treats new candidates this badly. All in all, it's a huge big red flag.
