I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IC-CAP in Dec 2021
Interview
I had 2 interviews (started before Christmas 2021) with them and received a tentative offer back in Feb 2022. They told me the next step would be submitting my resume to their prime contract. I waited a week and followed up. All I was told was "the position was closed and your information wasn't submitted". I would've appreciated if someone reached out to me first and let me know instead of letting me find out and was just told the position was closed. Overall, the interview process was lengthy and closure was unprofessional.

Question 1
I answered all the technical questions to the person interviewed me but when I asked a general question back such as "what is it like for a typical day for this position?" - The technical person told me to ask the program manager because she is not sure... I thought the technical person is supposed to know this stuff...
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IC-CAP (Fort Washington, MD) in July 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out, then client's supervisor, then was asked for availability to speak with a hiring manager, which is still pending. Very easy conversation. Got the sense I did well with both interviewers.
The interview process was great. There was a combination of direct and open-ended questions with the clear intention on getting to know more about me and my goals. It truly was a pleasant experience because it was less formal than anticipated.
