very quick process, one interview and was called back same day with job offer. However, when starting on my first day, I didn't even have a contract ready and signed yet. Very poor induction process.

It was nice and genuine interview. The director was so kind. Hr is also very supportive and understand our point. Looking forward the future role in icon. But chennai one office is very croud and busy.

Interviews were scheduled flexibility. Valuing candidates time. Technically strong and friendly panel of interviewers. Well planned questions relevant to the job role. Overall it was a good experience. No negatives to mention
