2 phase interview
1st Interview was answering 4-5 questions just by yourself. The screen would show you the question, then give you 10 seconds to think, and then it would automatically record.
2nd interview was with the manager. They asked me STAR based questions.

It was a 2 weeks long selection process. I applied on LinkedIn on a Monday and got a reply on Thursday. Invited for a virtual interview. Got back to me within a week with an offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at ICON (Johannesburg) in May 2024
Interview
3 interviews; 1st one is screening, 2nd with the line manager and 3rd with HR. It was a long, tedious process. Was asked normal interview questions, mostly behavioural questions. Like “how do you handle pressure at work?”
