First, I interviewed with the recruiter and the interview was fairly easy. They asked situation questions such as "Tell me about a time..." or "Why did you apply for this position". Once they ask you the first few questions, they go into details of the position (duties, responsibilities, potential salary, etc.) If you make it past this phase, then you will be contacted by the department and they will schedule your interview with the managers. My interview was panel with 5 people (one on skype)

First they reach to you to arrange a phone call, in my case it did not happen even though it was scheduled and instead they asked to answer some questions. After passing this first step they ask you to answer more questions through a recorded platform, the final step is an interview with the Manager.
