The first phase of the interview process was a 30-minute recruiter call. Following that, there were two individual, 1-hour small panel interviews, about one week apart. The recruiter provided some guidance on what to expect during the interview and pointers on what kind of questions would be asked. It took about 1 month from the initial contact from the recruiter until receiving an offer.
