It lack professionalism. When i entered the interview room the interviewer just kept looking at the interview form and never even say anything just said good morning. I had to introduce myself. He then asked me lots of questions regarding my work experience and tried to find out my current boss name. When i ask about appraisal,increment and growth opportunities for teachers the reply i got back was everything will be written down in the offer letter you may read in the offer letter. Besides that he didnt really ask what me in general just ask my previous workplace. Another shocking thing he told me was 200 applicants applied for this job so that tells me this company has high turn over rate.
