2 stage interview with ops director and then owners, interview on-site followed up by meeting senior employees. Both stages were between 30 minutes and an hour long, felt relaxed and comfortable
The questions that I was asked were clear and comprehensive, the interviewer was friendly and I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They set a great first impression.
