IFCA Senior Software Engineer interview questions

15min talk with CEO, then hr said expected salary over budget. Before recruiter ask me to go for interview salary was open. Why not the hr communicate clearly before wasting candidates time? Worst no news from hr after that, I consider this is the most rude interview process I've ever got. I take effort to come to interview! Avoid this chinaman company at all cost!
