IHATEIRONING interview questions

Alright, responded relatively quickly. One thing is that they booked 3 interviews with different people back to back with no break so that felt a bit gruelling but the team were lovely so that balanced things out.

The questions themselves were basic and expected. The interviewer was only what I could describe as awkward and not present. This did not give me a good impression of the company that I have read so much good about online. I think the staff chosen to carry out these interviews should be changed or, if anything, should have another member of staff present to ensure it’s inviting and warm as I would expect any interview to be. I am over qualified for the role I applied for however from the start I knew I wouldn’t be offered this position based on the attitude of the interviewer.
