Interview
The interview process was unprofessional and unethical. There were no proper procedures before or after the interview. I was asked to leave by the HR department even before the interview began. The staff conducting the interview had poor attitude and acted unprofessionally. Their ego was high, and there was no room for give-and-take during the session. The team clearly needs significant improvement if they wish to conduct proper interviews.

The process was lengthy with meeting of various department heads. Alot of focus was more on interpersonal skills less on skill as they focus on the matra of rom to grow and develop skills.
