Interviewed by General Manager. Inquired about my previous experiences. Asked about my strength and weakness. Gave an example of a challenging situation and asked how I would resolve it. Asked why I should be hired instead of other candidates. I was then interviewed by the Director Of Human Resources. Wanted me to tell about myself. Let me do most of the talking initially. Asked why I should be hired.
