Interview
I was applying for the Internship at the Front Desk in Crowne Plaza Bengaluru throught AIESEC. After sending cover letter with by CV to the hotel management the phone was call given to me. HR manager asked several questions related to my motivation as well as job experience and my availability to join. Overall, process was a bit too bureaucratic as it too 4 weeks to get all documentation done for visa requirements and other arrangements. On the other hand the interview itslef was not much challenging as questions were related to the information on my CV.

Ils sont super gentils et profesionnels, le processus prend environs 20min. Des questions générales pour savoir qui vous etes; parcours, raison du poste ect, une petite partie en anglais aussi car les clients peuvent etre bilingue.
