Interview
The interview consisted objective questions and answers in written format covering both technical and general aptitude. Based on the performance personal interview was conducted.There is no way of knowing what happens to other person undergoing the same interview process. After the personal interview results will be communicated over phone to the person concerned within a span of 1 week.

Question 1
Regarding my education and experience.
Since i was already doing freelance job with ikav I thought i have a edge over other candidates who attended the interview.
The final thing they asked was how long can I wait till.I get an offer.since i was doing freelance content writing with them at that time it was not a pbm for me then.
Interviews happened over Phone , initially with HR. The second interview was over Teams with the CIO. Third interview was over teams with the IT team. Friendly culture and mostly discussing my resume. In all the interviews, they responded very patiently to my questions.
