I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (London, England) in July 2016
Interview
3-stage interview process, including 45 minute phone interview with HR, then an hour-long in-person interview with 3 panellists, then skype interview with the line supervisor's superiors. Also included an online personality test and a cognitive test. The process went very smoothly, interviews were scheduled efficiently and the panellists were very nice. I would say a relatively easy process, mostly based around expressing why I'm interested and going over relevant experience for the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly questions around my CV and experience relevant to the position. Why I'm interested in the position. What would I do in the first few days on the job.
It was a phone interview with HR for about 30 minutes. She was very passionate and a good listener. She introduced the job responsibilities first and proceeded to ask a few questions. Seems to be sincere with her answers about the company culture.

Question 1
Just normal behavioral questions and questions about previous experience.
I first had a phone screening call from HR. I received the call 10 minutes after the scheduled time, and the call felt really rushed. The time block for the call was 45 minutes, but we were done in 15. I was cut off while answering the questions and overall it wasn't the best experience. After getting the rejection I saw the job was reposted on the job board a day later.
