Interview
Telephone interview first, then a face to face interview with a manager. Lastly, background and drug test with a team lead. Questions were fairly simple regarding customer service and a characteristic assessment.
Fantastic, love it. The took me through the necessary steps so that I was confident from day one. They are nice towards all employees and I would definitely recommend working for IKEA.
Very nice and welcoming people. I came in expecting it to be difficult but all it was is questions regarding past experiences in the workforce and nothing too hard. I heard back in less than 1 week which was very nice.

Interview
The interview process consists of two rounds: a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview is with a recruiter that’s remote from the stores. After that, the recruiter will let you know if you’re getting an in-person interview or not.
