I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IKEA (Las Vegas, NV) in July 2017
Interview
I sent my resume online. Couple weeks later, a recruiter contacted me and scheduled me for an interview. After the interview (couple days later), I got a background check email. Well, I waited about a month than the background check was done. So I waited for couple weeks and no news or anything for me. So, somehow I found the store phone number and contacted them about my status. Well, they told me that they were having some restructuring inside the company, so they were not hiring anyone within these couple months. Ok, then I waited until September and finally someone tried to help me and finally got an offer.
