There was 1 guy ahead of me so the manager got him settled in 1 room and came to get me in another. I didn't even wait long before we got started. We sat for and 30 minutes just talking and getting a feel for one another then started tje formal interview. They care about the people they hire so I know they are there for the Co-Workers.
