Very cozy experience, they take you into a room with Ikea furniture and make you feel comfortable. I had an int. with the direct sup. and the hr person. Asked your basic questions, Im coming from a non traditional retail environment so they asked a lot of questions pertaining to could I do retail.

I had two interviews. The first, I had to prepare a swot analysis for, and the second was more of a standard interview. They seemed to like that I focused on small details within the department rather just the wider IKEA image.

There were three interviews, one with human resources, one with future manager, and one with manager's manager. Regular kind of interview questions. I would recommend looking up the Ikea values they love that
