The interview was really complete. Mainly, a lot of questions to know the person behind the professional, the reason to apply, my goals and tell something negative about the position. It was a kind of informal talk. the recruiter asked me many questions, including salary expectations.

Ce nouveau mode d’entretien est très appréciable mais pour ceux qui ont tout donné sur leur cv papier c’est dommage
