Colloquio di gruppo con prova tecnica e successivamente colloquio individuale. Molto stimolante e ben strutturato. Gli esperti Ikea sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ti mettono a proprio agio e ti ascoltano con attenzione. Uno dei colloqui più belli che io abbia mai fatto.

Interview with 2 person (both shopkeepers), normally one is the line manager one is the peer. If succeed, will have grandparents interview, which is the boss of the line manager (Sales manager)

Phone screening 30 minutes long, then interview with manager 1 hour long, then grandfather interview 1 hour long. Questions are worded weirdly but interviewers are very easy to talk to.
