Simple phone screening interview- just getting to know you. Then an in person interview with HR and your potential new Line Manager. Very easy going just seeing how you react to certain customer scenarios

Interview runs online by zoom meeting with Human resources team leader, Customer relations Line Manager and Customer Relation Team leader in approximately 30 minutes. The interview was relaxed but serious.
