The interview started at exactly the right time. The employer was friendly. He explained the questions I didn’t quite understand. Some questions were creative and some were standard about work experience. Overall, the interview went well.

The interview process was broken down into 3 parts. First I was called for an over the phone interview with my IKEA Recruiter, Alvin Austria. Alvin was very imformative and didn’t leave any details out with the way the imterview process goes. He asked me relatable questions to the position I had applied for so we had engaging conversation. Alvin was patient when I had questions for him about the IKEA family. He prepared me well for my in person interview. Alvin stayed in touch with me through the whole interview process making sure there were no gaps with the duration of the interview process. I’m very grateful Alvin Austria was assigned to me as my Recruiter and I wouldn’t change it.
