The person conducting the interview did not seem to be that intelligent. They did not seem interested in my experience and boasted about how wonderful IKEA was to work for.

Was a Face to Face interview with 3 other people, although 2 were observing (however they still asked questions). Questions were asked about myself and my experience in other jobs the interviewers were very friendly, the interview took about 25/30 minutes.

it was a good interview and a good process. the interview panel was friendly and kind. it was a video interview and a face-to-face group interview. I faced two interviews.
