I had a really positive experience with the interview process for a Senior Consultant position with IMPOWER. The Talent Acquisition Manager was brilliant at keeping in contact with me after every stage of the process to provide feedback and answer any questions; making it feel like a two-way process. The interview stages were an initial phone interview after applying with my CV and a cover letter for the role. The second stage was an informal meeting/ Coffee chat with a Delivery Director to answer questions about the role/ working at IMPOWER and to understand my motivations in applying for the role. The next stage was a competency-based interview, and the final stage of the process was a case study presentation which I prepared in advance after being sent the material, and finally a short Excel test after the final interview. All in all, I found it a great experience, I had chance to speak to different people at every stage to find out something different about IMPOWER, and I was given lots of opportunities to demonstrate capability for the role with the different interview stages. Every person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, leaving a really good impression with me for wanting to join the company.
