      Nice culture, people are friendly Fun away days during Xmas and Summer Flat hierarchy so it's easy to talk to people

      Cons

      Poor recognition for junior employees even when they work hard Benefits are alright but very poor pay structure Lack of promotion opportunities and general development Too many people in leadership positions

      The work is really meaningful and has a purpose, the culture is really strong and the team is really talented.
