INI Design Studio interview questions

The interview was unprofessional. I was asked to keep my camera on the entire time while both senior architects on the panel kept theirs off, which felt impersonal and one-sided. Later, I was told I wasn't selected because, as a married woman, they were concerned that relocating could cause marital discord. This reason felt discriminatory and completely unrelated to my qualifications.
