The first round of online filtering candidates test consisted of a 24 questions, logical and mathematical (not complex), questionnaire; with 30 minutes to total completion (excluding). The questions are not hard per se, spatial logic and simple math statistics, but given the extend of some of the questions, and the fact that you do have to read calmly, keep track of all the variables involved, either with pen and paper or with your device, makes the limited time of 75 seconds per questions hard. Without taking into consideration that the user must traverse the UI by dragging elements, etc. in some cases. Not really user friendly. I don’t expect a call since I could only complete 15/24 questions before the time ran out. Hope this helps anyone else, read fast don’t hesitate and drag and type quickly, good luck.

The interview was virtual. The interviewers were people from diverse backgrounds and they asked different questions of varying difficulties. The interview was a pre recorded hire value thing. It was easy to use and the instructions were helpful.
