INtrinsic Scholars Academy interview questions

Was called in almost a day after I applied for a face to face interview that same day. Spoke with female owner for about an hour. She asked different types of questions about how I would work in the classroom. What are my interests etc. Called me back to talk with her husband, male owner. He questioned me for about 1.5 hours. Asking me all types of questions ranging from work topics to personal life topics and discussed hours and pay. They then asked me if I could come back the next day for a working interview. Where I would be in the classroom from 9:30 until -. They would see how I interacted with the children and if I was a good fit for their daycare.
