IPSG Systems interview questions

Basic questions about the project you did and your role in previous organization. Not much technical question were asked. Actually no technical questions at all. The entire process was fast. But they can't afford if your salary is above average I think. Had to go to the Cochin office for Interview. Went till approval of CEO and is stuck there.

Apptitude test, Not much of technical they select based on your problem solving. The you will have telephonic round for salary discussion etc..
