It's a very good place to learn the latest technologies, product development life cycle - directly with such matured persons; if you sustain for 6 or more years with good ratings, you are top of the world guy and excel anywhere you go ;)
Cons
no-nonsense management - flat hierarchy, 90% A-team players, weak players can't sustain , either do or find a way to do it - no middle ground
