I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IQPC (New York, NY) in Oct 2010
Interview
I applied to a posting I found online and was contacted within 24 hours by the HR recruiter to set up a phone interview. During that conversation, I was invited to come in and meet face to face with the HR recruiter and my would-be supervisor (separately). At the end of those meetings, I was given 8 chapters of a sales field book to read and asked to prepare a presentation for a specific event (who would sponsor it, challenges they face, etc). The third and final stage was meeting my would-be supervisor again, together with the director of sales for NA, to discuss the sales book and my event assignment. I was offered the position on the spot at the end of this interview. The process went quickly, with no wait time wondering what they thought of me. I was provided feedback at the end of each interview/meeting and offered ample opportunity to ask questions. For the most part, I was asked questions about my experience in sales, why I was interested in this position and why I thought I would be a good fit - typical interview questions. In the final round of interviews I was asked some situational questions (ie tell me a time when....and how did you deal with it) which can feel a bit more daunting, but overall the process was not very rigorous. Securing an offer didn't seem to be very challenging for someone who presents themselves well and has sales experience. I got the impression they have high turnover and are constantly recruiting sales people, for better or worse. This means opportunity to advance if you stick it out, but you have to wonder why the others weren't willing to stick it out. The interviewers seemed enthusiastic about their jobs and IQPC, although I didn't always feel they were being 100% honest and up front (the cynic in me).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IQPC (London, ON) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process took around 2 months, however, this was partly due my own availability.
The process was good, but IQPC were at at least two weeks late at getting back to me at each part of the process
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IQPC (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2017
Interview
You will be assigned a project that requires you to provide 6 new leads and the reason why you selected these 6 new leads. They will critique your selections and explain what you can adjust. Brilliant concept for generating leads for the company. Especially, if they do not hire you. Overall, the interview is a fairly simple process.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQPC (Tampa, FL) in July 2017
Interview
This was honestly the worst interview I have ever taken part in, and I would highly advise you, no matter how desperate for work you may be, to stay as far away as possible from this company. After waiting 30 minutes or so past my scheduled time, I was taken to a conference room where an older man interrogated me while a younger woman took notes for some reason. The attitude of the interviewers and the questions were extremely hostile, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Do not satisfy the bloated egos of these "business professionals" by taking part in this sham of an interview.

Question 1
The questions asked assume you know everything about the company and the industry. They are highly critical and pointed, designed to make you feel uncomfortable and insignificant.
