1. Initial phone screening by HR.
2. Got invited for a first round with the Executive Director after a positive phone interview with the HR
3. HR professional ghosted after multiple email follow-ups.
I had an onsite interview at this company with the Executive Director 2 months before I received an email request from the HR for the interview process specified above.
It clearly looks like the HR department is a having a hard time managing their candidate database, that eventually one of the HR Directors end up ghosting a candidate after requesting an on-site interview for the second time.
