IQPC Sales Representative, Event Sales interview questions

First round interview with the recruiter, then two with Sales Managers and the last one with their Senior Manager. They will give you a project based on one of their events. Pretty useful for them; easy way to get new ideas from fresh talents. But also a good experience for fresh graduates as well as it is pretty challenging, but you will get to learn about the industry real quick! The only thing that should concern you, they have a habit of making you wait forever about the result of the interview. Even worse, they could give hope you are getting, called you and said they are interested to move forward, but then revoked the offer at the very last minute. The HR people somehow pretty bad in communicating to the candidates. Based on my experience, it is almost never she can reply my email on time. Thus, I would recommend everyone to get a written statement from them before committing to anything. They revoked my offer two weeks before my supposed starting date. A little disappointed, but I enjoyed the experience. Hope I have better luck next time.
